Pi Kappa Alpha has been an important part of Roman Soler’s (Wilfrid Laurier, Kappa Mu ’03) life since joining his chapter as an undergraduate. He now gives back as chapter advisor. In this role, he provides ongoing mentorship and guidance to the members of Kappa Mu Chapter. The advisor role has also given him the opportunity to lead and assemble a revitalized alumni advisory board.

As chapter advisor, Soler has worked diligently to connect advisory board members with all members of the chapter, not just the executive board. This has deepened connections throughout the chapter and provided more opportunity for alumni to mentor undergraduates.

Professionally, Soler serves as professional engineer at CSTG and director of operations at Starlight Recruitment Canada. In the community, he volunteers as a high school football coach.
