Egor Griaznov (Oregon State, Beta Nu ’24) is the December 2025 Pike of the Month.

Upon joining Beta Nu Chapter, Griaznov took an immediate interest in the financial side of chapter operations. He quickly stepped into leadership as treasurer, overseeing the budget, billing, and financial reporting. While working closely with the executive board and alumni advisory board, Griaznov leads with a focus on transparency, accountability, and responsible financial management for the chapter and its members.

On campus, he serves as president of the Oregon State Finance Club, where he has worked diligently to grow the organization’s membership and connections on campus. Griaznov also serves as treasurer of the Human Resources & Management Association. He is an active member of the Financial Planning Club, and works as a financial accounting and reporting assistant with the university’s Accounting Service Center.

Griaznov represented Oregon State by participating in the CFA Institute Research Challenge, where he worked with three others on an in-depth equity research report on Nike. The competition simulates real-world buy-side equity research, requiring detailed financial modeling, valuation, industry analysis, and a professional pitch to investment professionals.
